Lots of people are tired.
Tired all the time, and talking about how tired they are. All the time. But being tired is more than not sleeping, and not sleeping is more than just staying up too late.
I just flipped through these slides on my computer, and couldn't help but share.
Sleep and general health are so deeply intertwined... A lack of solid sleep throws everything off, and it can be really difficult to break the cycle. I am so thankful that I got the help I needed to get out of that rut. I am sleeping better than I have in my entire life, and reaping the benefits.
